We are seeking a friendly and efficient General Assistant to join our team in Huntingdon, United Kingdom. Your role will support various aspects of our operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and excellent customer service.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guests' needs and requests professionally
* Serve food and beverages, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient operations and a positive work environment
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all work areas
* Assist with administrative tasks and support departments as needed
* Comply with health and safety regulations and food service guidelines
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
* Support team members during busy periods and assist with additional tasks
* Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills to contribute to organizational goals
Qualifications
