What you’ll do
* Support and coach a small team through complex sales cases
* Manage smooth, compliant transactions from start to finish
* Write and review listings and campaigns that attract the right buyers
* Keep trackers and forecasts updated to spot risks early
* Champion smarter ways of working using Salesforce and digital tools

You have
* Experience in shared ownership re-sales and affordable home ownership
* Experience in end-to-end property sales
* Strong leadership skills to coach and motivate others
* Great knowledge of compliance and affordable housing rules
* Confidence using Salesforce and interpreting sales data
* A knack for writing clear, engaging sales content

The practical bits
* You’ll work Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30
* You’ll manage your own diary
* We typically work on a hybrid basis with 2 days per week in our One Strawberry Lane, Newcastle upon Tyne office, with the rest from home.
