Your new company Hays are delighted to be working on behalf of a leading construction company based in Perthshire to support in their immediate requirement for a Receptionist. This organisation are leaders within their industry, recognised on a local and national level for their quality services. Your new role In your new role, you will be the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders visiting the office, taking control of introductions and making connections accordingly. This role will involve additional administration tasks including processing orders, dealing with customer queries, and taking a proactive lead on written and verbal communication with different business units. What you'll need to succeed To succeed, you will be immediately available and confidently able to demonstrate your previous experience working a busy reception desk. This role will need someone to be adaptable, dynamic and be a strong communicator both written and verbal. This will be a fast paced role requiring strong customer service skills on reception as well as attention to detail in processing tasks. What you'll get in return In return, you will be offered a competitive hourly rate circa 14 an hour, working four days a week on site in Perthshire.
