Head of Corporate Accounts
We are looking for someone to lead the Corporate Accounts team.
The role is responsible for managing the Corporate Account Management colleagues (Sub Sector Heads, Account Directors, Account Managers and Account Support Managers) and overseeing the relationship between Biffa and its Corporate customers. This includes commercial performance, retention, contract management and service delivery.
You will work closely with the Sales Director to deliver the sector account management strategy and ensure consistent performance across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and support the Corporate Accounts team
2. Manage performance against budget and account plans
3. Maintain relationships with key corporate customers
4. Support contract negotiations and renewals
5. Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
6. Ensure compliance and service standards are met
Requirements
7. Strong experience managing large corporate customer accounts
8. Previous people management experience
9. Commercial awareness and financial understanding
10. Stakeholder management and negotiation skills
11. Organised with good attention to detail
12. Degree level or equivalent experience
