We are looking for a dedicated Process Operative to join our team at Dungannon. In this role, you will be responsible for processing products in your department while ensuring that hygiene, quality, and health & safety standards are always maintained. A key part of this role is working as part of a team to achieve production KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
• Carry out processing duties (e.g., filleting, sealing, trimming, basting, packing, defeathering or evisceration - depending on the area of work).
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and quality standards are maintained at all times.
• Operate machinery safely and efficiently.
• Produce a high standard of work consistently.
• Perform packaging, labelling, and boxing tasks.
• Work in line with company policies and health & safety regulations.
• Cooperate with managers and colleagues to achieve a safe and productive workplace.
