Senior Customer Account Manager - Booker & One Stop

Job Purpose: The Senior Customer Account Manager is responsible for building strong working relationships with the customer buying team; developing and executing customer business plans at a category level which deliver USG, Market Share and Profitability. They are accountable for the day‑to‑day contact with the customer buyers, supply chain, shopper marketing, internal category & brand contacts.

* Lead your portfolio to competitive growth.
* Drive growth via strategic alignment and negotiation within your customer relationship.
* Execute the joint business plan delivering agreed growth targets.
* Leverage brand assets and Business Unit structure to introduce new innovation and activation.
* Apply commercial rigor in the assessment and implementation of the Growth Strategy.
Responsibilities:
* Build and sustain external relationships across Wholesale, Retail, and National Accounts.
* Negotiate trade terms, funding, and commercial agreements in line with the UL strategy.
* Manage customer events such as product launches, cost changes, and trade term breaches.
* Develop and deliver customer strategic business plans in collaboration with Category Managers and Shopper Marketing.
* Provide performance data and updates to CSP and the BU.
* Design integrated category promotional plans and manage associated investments.
* Ensure accurate pricing, rebates, and promo documentation.
* Oversee launch of new products and in‑store activation of key events.
* Lead the One‑Stop National Account Executive and Commercial Executive teams.
* Manage P&L, forecasting, S&OP, and pricing accuracy for assigned categories.
* Maintain customer compliance with trade terms and resolve breaches.
* Deliver turnover and business building term targets.
* Support Admin tasks: pricing, rebates, NLF, promo proposals, trade terms, contracts.
All About You (Requirements & Qualifications):
* Experience performing a CAM role with strong account management skills.
* Experience in Wholesale, Convenience, & Retail Accounts, particularly with Booker Retail.
* Commercial experience with P&L exposure.
* Proven ability to work effectively in a team.
* Experience leading or developing direct reports is preferred.
* Field Sales or Account Management background.
* Background in Shopper Marketing or Category Management is desirable.
* Experience across Foods, Health & Well‑Being, or Household Cleaning is a plus.
