Salary: £27,750- £31,500 (Depending on experience)
Hours: 37.5 Hours (Monday-Friday, between 8am-5:30pm)
Location: Bexhill (Hybrid Working - 1 day a week in the office)
Start Date: 16th of June

Role Purpose
As a Third-Party Property Damage Claims Handler, you'll investigate and resolve third-party property damage claims, assessing liability and negotiating settlements while providing excellent customer service.
Job Responsibilities
* Investigate and assess claims, gathering relevant information and evidence.
* Negotiate and settle claims with external parties.
* Review policy documentation to determine coverage.
* Evaluate liability and settlement amounts.
* Manage a caseload of claims, adhering to guidelines and regulations.
* Collaborate with internal teams for continuous improvement.
* Maintain accurate records of claims activities.
Desired Skills and Experience
* Experience in liability investigations and negotiations, preferably in insurance or legal fields.
* Strong analytical skills for assessing claims and liabilities.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Organizational skills to handle multiple claims efficiently.
* Proactive, adaptable, and self-motivated working style.
* Proficiency with computer systems and relevant software.
* Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
