Proven experience in credit control within a manufacturing or similar industry
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to negotiate and resolve payment issues diplomatically
Experience with accounting or ERP systems is desirable
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of credit control best practices and relevant legislation
Office based
