Job Description
As our next Food & Beverage Supervisor you will:
* Check in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service
* Conduct checks to ensure that enough products are on hand to serve customers, order items as needed, and generate inventory reports for superiors
* Ensure that the outlets meet all sanitation and safety regulations
* Manage restaurant staff's work schedules and allocate tasks efficiently
* Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant to maintain high standards
* Resolve guests' complaints promptly and professionally
* Train and mentor new staff members on company policies and procedures
* Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
* Implement and maintain quality control measures for food and beverage service
* Organise and oversee special events or promotions within the restaurant, bar and banqueting
* Ensure compliance with licensing laws and food safety regulations
* Analyse sales data and customer feedback to improve service and increase profitability
* Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience
* Maintain accurate records of staff performance, inventory, and financial transactions
Qualifications
* previous experience in similar role is required
* right to work in the UK is required
