Document Controller / Admin Assistant
M&E Construction | Site & Office Support
We’re hiring a Document Controller / Administrator for a leading M&E contractor to support both site-based and office-based project delivery functions.
The company has secured a significant pipeline of work in the region and is actively building a regional delivery team, with several upcoming local projects.
Role Overview:
* Maintain document control systems (RFI, drawings, revisions)
* Liaise with site and project managers on document flow
* File and track subcontractor and supplier information
* General administrative support to the site/project team
* Help manage compliance and QA documentation
Requirements:
* Experience in a document control or admin role in construction
* Proficient in MS Office, SharePoint, or project platforms
* Well-organised and detail-focused
* Able to travel between Bicester and Maidenhead
