Your Role
As a QMAP, you will provide hands-on care in an Assisted Living setting, ensuring our residents receive the medications they need while supporting their overall well-being. If you’re a CNA, your mission will be to help residents achieve their highest level of independence through personal care and daily living activities.
Position Details
Once you pass your state exam, you’ll join our dedicated nursing team in a Full-Time, benefit-eligible position with varied schedules (12-hour shifts).
* Position Type: Full-Time
* Shifts Available: 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM (Night, including rotating weekends and holidays)
* Wage Range: $20 - $25 per hour, based on experience
* Shift Differentials:
o Weekend Overnight: $3 per hour
o Mon-Thurs Overnight: $2 per hour
* Bonus: $2,000
* Location: 195 Freestone Road, Eagle CO 81631
QMAP Responsibilities
* Provide resident services based on service schedules and document services provided.
* Exhibit a caring and compassionate attitude towards others.
* Complete incident reports within your scheduled shift.
* Respond promptly to help and pull cords, taking appropriate action.
* Plan and complete duties with minimal direction from your supervisor.
* Respect all employees and foster a positive work environment.
* Other duties as assigned.
QMAP Qualifications
* Dependable and compassionate nature.
* A genuine desire to work with the elderly.
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
* Ability to maintain a consistent work schedule.
* Must be 18 years or older.
