Job Description
The Technical Records & CAMO Administrator will be responsible for maintaining aircraft airworthiness documentation in support of the Technical Records Team. As part of this role you will be 50% Technical Records Administrator to provide support and coverage for holiday and sickness and you will be 50% support to the CAMO Team for all administrative functions within he CAMO department. Technical Records support will include data entry of Technical Log Sectors into the Rusada system, scanning support and filing support for the airworthiness records, data entry of line work packs and component changes where applicable and any Base Maintenance coverage for technical records as required.
For the CAMO Administrator you will be responsible for the day to day administration function which will include, control and monitoring of all CAMO documentation through the Document Control Register, support to all Type Engineers for Damage Recording against the aircraft within the Rusada System, responsible for updating and maintaining the CAMO Training Matrix, responsible for CAMO work instruction and Form amendments, responsible for administering changes and updates into the Fleetplan platform and/or QPULSE whilst transitioning to Fleetplan. Responsible for supporting any customer yearly inspections where records have to be prepped in readiness for their yearly reviews. You will also be required to work within the team providing flexible support on all new CAMO administration duties as required.
The Technical Records & CAMO Administrator will report to NPCAM and to the Technical Records Team Lead as required.
Objectives
* To provide all aspects of Technical Records & CAMO Administration functions to support the technical records environment and the CAMO environment through administration support as required.
* To ensure accurate and up to date recording of technical logs within the Rusada system and to provide CAMO administration support to the whole CAMO team.

Main Responsibilities
* Scanning of Work Packs into the digital Technical Records filing system
* Filing the Airworthiness Records into their perspective aircraft folders
* Managing the storage for the Technical Records through the UK Iron Mountain Platform
* Inputting of Technical Logs into the Rusada Envision System
* Updating and recording the aircraft and component log cards from maintenance work packs as required.
* Updating Line Work Packages as required
* Help in supporting any Block Maintenance Events as required.
* Manage, update and control the Document Control Register
* Manage and update the Aircraft Damage Files through Rusada in conjunction with the Type Engineers
* Amending Work Instructions and/or CAMO Forms as required through Fleetplan and/or QPULSE.
* Controlling and updating the CAMO Training Matrix as required.
* Collaborating with the CAMO team at all levels for support.
* Innovative when it comes to improvements and suggestions to help make the CAMO more efficient
Skills and Experience
* Attention to detail and an excellent organiser.
* Previous CAMO experience would be beneficial but not essential.
* Aviation background an advantage specifically around CAMO administration functions and/or Document Control
* Excellent communication skills / Excellent time management skills / Good prioritizing skills
* Demonstration through good examination results and/or career history
* IT literate especially in excel spreadsheets (specific aviation software & MS Office, Rusada Envision or similar).
* Languages: Professional level (writing, reading, speaking) of English.
* Understanding and complying with company procedures (regulatory, operational, quality, safety).
* The flexibility to travel to other locations where required.
