Your new role
This is a part‑time teaching role working Thursdays and Fridays throughout the summer term. You will be based within the school’s specialist provision, supporting around 12-14 pupils in EYFS and Key Stage 1 who haveplex needs. The provision is designed to offer a high level of structure, care and personalised learning.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Planning and delivering highly differentiated lessons for pupils withplex needs
2. Creating a calm, nurturing and sensory‑aware learning environment
3. Working closely with support staff to deliver consistent routines and interventions
4. Supporting pupils withmunication, emotional regulation and developmental learning
5. Contributing to EHCP targets and maintaining accurate progress records
What you'll need to succeed
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
7. Strong experience working with children withplex or high‑level SEN needs
8. Confidence supporting pupils withmunication difficulties, sensory needs and developmental delays
9. A patient, resilient andpassionate approach
10. Ability to work collaboratively with TAs and the leadership team
