THE ROLE
With continued business wins and a packed calendar ahead, they're now looking for a Freelance Production Manager to join them and take the lead on key projects. This role requires someone who can hit the ground running and deliver exceptional end-to-end project management.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Planning, developing, and executing a variety of events across the year
* Acting as a key point of contact for clients throughout the project
* Handling all event logistics - including travel, accommodation, and schedules
* Managing delegate communications and databases
* Building strong relationships with suppliers and contractors
* Collaborating with in-house design, production, and creative teams
* Ensuring all necessary H&S documentation and risk assessments are completed
* Managing budgets and handling post-event reconciliation
* Leading onsite delivery and overseeing production elements including AV and builds
THE CANDIDATE
You'll need to be an experienced Freelance Production Manager with a track record of running events from concept to completion - ideally within an agency setting. Strong logistical skills are essential, and experience working with creative and production teams is highly beneficial. Familiarity with automotive events is a big plus, but not a deal-breaker.
