Job Title: Strategic Sales Operations Coordinator

Location: Crawley – Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Reports to: Strategic Sales Manager


Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Strategic Sales Operations Coordinator to support our UK sales team during a phase of rapid growth. You will act as a key link between field sales, internal teams, and head office, ensuring seamless coordination, data integrity, and effective project management across key accounts, DSOs, and national initiatives.

This role offers a unique opportunity to develop into strategic account management, with full support and training provided.


Key Responsibilities

1. Accurately process customer orders and ensure all details (account numbers, delivery addresses, etc.) are complete.
2. Serve as a backup contact for clients when sales reps are unavailable.
3. Project Coordination: Assist with managing large-scale client rollouts and strategic accounts; coordinate DSO training schedules and event logistics; liaise with reps to meet deadlines.
4. Data & Reporting: Gather, clean, analyze sales data; produce reports for management; follow up on data discrepancies.
5. Lead & Event Follow-Up: Track leads from events and campaigns; distribute leads; coordinate with UK-HQ on trips and form submissions; follow up for required inputs.


Skills & Experience

* Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
* Confident communicator, comfortable with stakeholder engagement.
* Experience with administrative, operational, customer service, or sales support roles.


Desirable Skills

* Experience in dental, medical device, or technical environments.
* Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems.
* Background in event or training coordination.
