This is a 24 months fixed term contract.
The Role:

As a Programme Manager within our Change & Delivery Office, you'll take the lead on strategic programmes that influence the direction of the business. From planning through to execution, you'll collaborate across functions, drive alignment, and ensure we deliver on time, on budget, and with measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead complex, high-impact programmes aligned to strategic goals and financial outcomes
* Develop and manage end-to-end programme plans with clear milestones, risks, and dependencies
* Ensure robust governance, reporting, and decision-making at programme level
* Work closely with initiative owners and Finance to track KPIs and benefits realisation
* Lead stakeholder engagement and maintain strong communication at all levels, including SLT
* Drive programme review forums and champion the H&B Way of Change
* Coach and mentor Project Managers to build delivery excellence across teams
* Promote a collaborative, cross-functional culture that supports transformation success
Location: This is a hybrid role based in Nuneaton, with the requirement to be in the office at least two days per week.
The Person:
* Proven experience leading strategic programmes in a complex, fast-paced environment (ideally retail)
* Deep understanding of project and programme delivery frameworks (Agile, Waterfall)
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management, including executive-level engagement
* Comfortable with ambiguity and able to simplify complex issues to drive action
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
* Proficient in tools such as MS Project, Monday.com, Jira, and the MS Office Suite
* Commercially savvy with a focus on benefits realisation and value delivery
* A strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset and passion for continuous improvement
