Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure exceptional service delivery.
* Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job posting, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and negotiating offers.
* Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and targets.
* Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant, delivering temporary workers to the industrial or Driving sectors
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
* Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment legislation.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Drive and motivation to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits
* Competitive salary: £25,000 to £30,000 per annum, plus 10% commission.
