Ashley Kate are delighted to be partnering with a great business as they look to recruit a permanent HR Business Partner, based in Leeds on a full-time basis. HR Business Partner Full time and Permanent Up to £50k Leeds based – 3 days a week onsite This is a generalist role, with a core focus on driving the ER agenda and supporting the Group with implementing the HR strategy, delivering on core people initiatives. Key responsibilities include but not limited to: Act as the first point of contact for HR related queries across the Group, ensuring advice is given in line with legislation and policies. Handle day to day HR matters including absence management, disciplinaries, performance management and new starter processes. Support managers with Change programmes. Support the Group Head of People in any TUPE transfers. Drive Mental health and well being campaigns. We are looking for: Solid experience gained as a HR Business Partner in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communicator with the ability to build relationships at all levels. CIPD qualified or working towards. Experience managing projects around DE&I and Well-being. Proven experience supporting TUPE and restructure. Ideally experience gained within Facilities Management or similar. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business. Interested?
