Hours: 21 hours per week (Monday and Wednesday are office days for the team)
Location: Uxbridge - 50/50 Hybrid schedule - this means 3 days in office in 2 weeks.
Pay rate: £30 per hour PAYE
Duration: 10 months from March/April 2026
The UK/IE Finance & HR teams are seeking a motivated colleague to play a central role in leading team operations, projects and engagement activities. You will partner closely with the Finance and HR teams to ensure seamless execution of high visibility milestones throughout the year.
Key responsibilities
* Budget & spend management: Support Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team on UK&IE affiliate Budget and Spend management, Projection/Budget cycle planning, and month/quarter/year end process
* Drive team meetings: Own and facilitate team meeting agenda, meeting materials and leadership updates
* Champion team engagement: arrange team activities, Day of Giving
* Project management: Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and follow-up actions
* Executive support: Calendar and travel arrangements for Finance & HR Directors
* PO & vendor management: Manage PO and vendor workflows, including SAP queries and tracking
* People & culture: Support HR projects and people/culture initiatives such as myVoice
* Innovation: Identify opportunities to improve processes and team efficiency leveraging on technology
* Insights to Finance & HR - Exposure to end-to-end execution of Finance Projection/Budget process and HR strategic projects contributing to a broader understanding of how Finance & HR support the commercial strategy
* LT Visibility - Experience collaborating with business leaders including the Finance & HR Directors, UKIE Leadership Team, above markets visitors and a wide range of cross-functional teams
* Skills Development – Learn about strategic operations, project management, stakeholder engagement and communication
* Strong project management skill with an eye for detail whilst maintaining an enterprise mindset
