Responsibilities
The Senior Bid Manager is responsible for leading the successful delivery of high-quality tenders, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives. The role involves managing bid teams, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, and mentoring junior team members in bid management processes. The Senior Bid Manager plays a critical role in business growth by representing the company at key stages of the tender process and driving continual improvement within the bid function.
About you
* Demonstrated success in securing and managing bids for complex projects within both public and private construction sectors, ideally with experience across Commercial, Life Science, Defence, and Education fields.
* In-depth knowledge of tendering processes and a clear understanding of diverse client requirements.
* Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively through complex tendering processes.
* Exceptional skills in negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, committed to driving continuous improvement throughout bid management processes.
