Due to expansion, our client, an independent Estate Agency in the Peterborough area, is looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their close-knit team.

As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be offered:
1. Up to £25,000 basic salary
2. Realistic OTE between £30,000-£35,000 (Uncapped)
3. 5-day working week

As a Senior Sales Negotiator, your duties will be:
7. Booking and attending viewings
8. Booking valuations
9. Negotiating offers
10. Registering buyers and sellers
11. General admin
Senior Sales Negotiator requirements:
12. Minimum 12 months experience as a Sales Negotiator with a strong proven track record
13. Expert local knowledge
14. Highly driven and motivated
15. Ability to gain new leads
16. Well presented with a confident manner
17. Strong communication skills both written and verbal
18. Full UK driving licence and own vehicle are a must
