From exclusive artist merch, limited-edition vinyl’s, streetwear, and curated accessories to a grab-and-go coffee bar, live DJ sets, and a self-care/style corner, this is Umusic retail universe, reimagined. It’s not just about shopping; it’s about experiencing a lifestyle.
We’re building a team of passionate, fun, music-loving individuals with a background in retail, lifestyle brands, and creative concept openings, ready to help shape a cool, authentic, and engaging customer journey from day one.
* CLIENT ADVISOR
Client Advisors are the front-facing soul of our store, providing tailored service, sharing product knowledge, and helping guests, including VIPs and high-profile customers, connect with the culture and creativity behind every item.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional, VIP-level customer service with energy, authenticity, and attention to detail.
* Guide every guest through an immersive experience across all store zones.
* Build strong client relationships, anticipate needs, and provide personalized recommendations.
* Support daily store operations, including stock control, styling, and activations.
* Participate in events, artist launches, and community moments that elevate the brand.
* Act as a true brand ambassador, reflecting Universal Music’s values, energy, and cool factor.
What We’re Looking For
* Background (3 to 5 years of experience) in premium retail or lifestyle environments, ideally new creative concepts.
* A natural host with emotional intelligence, charisma, and a client-first mindset.
* Passion for music, fashion, and creating meaningful experiences.
* Ability to confidently interact with VIP guests and high-visibility clients with professionalism and warmth.
