We have a fantastic opportunity for a customer relations professional to join a growing team of a leading travel organisation near Chester. Our client seeks a dynamic and articulate professional passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences, placing the customer at the heart of everything they do. You will use your exceptional communication and written skills to resolve queries effectively while providing outstanding service and building rapport for future repeat business.

Role of Travel Customer Relations Executive:
* Managing customer complaints and queries across various communication channels.
* Prioritising and managing your workload to meet deadlines.
* Responding promptly and accurately to customer enquiries verbally and in writing.
* Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers.
* Keeping records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints.
* Providing feedback on customer relations processes and highlighting issues for improvement.
Skills required for the role:
* Previous customer relations/customer service experience, ideally in the travel sector.
* Exceptional attention to detail and grammatical accuracy.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience in dispute resolution with customers.
* Ability to organise, prioritise, and manage workload efficiently under tight deadlines.
* Team player with the ability to work independently.
* Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
