Solutions Architect – Service Management
A market leading client is looking for a Solutions Architect who has excellent service integration and management experience. We are seeking a strategic and technically adept Solutions Architect to lead the design and evolution of our service management capabilities, ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices and enterprise architecture standards. This role is pivotal in aligning business goals with technology strategy, ensuring scalable, secure and future‑ready architecture.
Responsibilities
* Lead the design of service integration and management processes and workflows aligned with ITIL principles.
* Collaborate with enterprise architects to ensure architectural consistency and strategic alignment.
* Develop integration strategies for service management tools, ensuring interoperability and automation.
* Provide architectural governance across service delivery, incident, problem, change, and configuration management.
* Define the architectural framework for Service Integration and Service Management tooling.
Qualifications
* Deep understanding of ITIL frameworks and their application in enterprise environments.
* Proven experience as a Solution Architect in ITSM, service integration and service mapping.
* Hands‑on experience with platforms like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or equivalent.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to balance strategic vision with practical implementation.
