Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + 12% bonuses + benefits including travel discount/free parking. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-6:00pm.

* Owning the day-to-day running and overall performance of the store
* Creating a positive, people‑focused culture
Who We’re Looking For
* Store Managers from large square‑foot environments or Area Managers
* Leaders experienced with large teams (60+)
* Strong operational and commercial understanding
* Confident decision‑maker who thrives in a busy environment

* Excellent communication and organisational skills
