Customer Service Operator- Backshift

Salary £24,969.00 per annum Location Glasgow Head Office Shift Pattern Backshift Hours per day

This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy that will close in a month at 23:59 BST.

The Vacancy

Role: Customer Service Operator

Location: Glasgow Head Office, Caledonia House, Lawmoor Street, G5 0US

Full time: 37.5 hours per week. Working 5 over 7 days.

Backshift: 12pm to 8pm / 2pm to 10pm

Here's what you can expect to be doing:

15. Handling inbound and outbound calls, and logging jobs in a fast-paced environment

16. Co-ordinating contractors and City Technicians to ensure they attend to our City standards

17. Working in partnership with customers to achieve results

18. Completing a variety of administrative tasks such as quotes, uplifts, emails

19. End-to-end job management

20. Working as part of a team to drive customer excellence

Here's what we would like from you:

21. Driven and passionate with a great attitude to deliver customer excellence

22. Helpdesk experience in facilities management

23. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

24. Accuracy and attention to detail

25. Ability to work as part of a team and effectively manage own workload

26. Administrative experience, including knowledge of Microsoft office packages
