Main duties of the job
* Assisting physiotherapists with a range of patients across the general medical wards.
* Taking a caseload of patients following prescribed exercises and mobility plans set up by the physiotherapist.
* Supporting the team with non clinical admin tasks, including management of equipment, cleaning and computer tasks such as stats and audits.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* GCSE or equivalent in numeracy and literacy
* Knowledge of some medical conditions.
* Understanding the physiotherapy role within the multidisciplinary team.
Experience
* To have previous contact in a working environment with the general public
* Previous employment within the healthcare setting.
Skills & Knowledge
* Interpersonal skills to include concise and effective verbal and written communication.
* Be able to think logically and problem solve.
* Organisational skills.
* Basic IT skills
* Time management
* Be able to prioritise.
