Prime Recruitment Services are currently recruiting Support Workers to join our growing team across Belfast. We are working with a range of services supporting adults and young people with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and complex care requirements .

What youll be doing
As a Support Worker, you will play a key role in improving the lives of the people you support. Duties include:
* Providing day-to-day care and emotional support
* Supporting individuals with daily living activities (meal prep, personal care, routines)
* Promoting independence and choice
* Assisting with community access and social activities
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns
* Following safeguarding and health & safety procedures
Pay & Benefits
* £13.00 £17.00 per hour (depending on shift & experience)
* Flexible shifts days, nights, weekends available
* Work available across Belfast and surrounding areas
* Ongoing work with the potential for long-term placements
* Full training and induction provided
* 24/7 support from our dedicated team
* Weekly pay
What were looking for
* Minimum 36 months experience in a care/support role (preferred but not essential)
* A caring, reliable and professional attitude
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Willingness to complete an Access NI check (we can assist)
