About the roleDue to continued growth and success at Churchill Estates Management, we are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity within our Property Transfer / Legal Administration team.
Reporting to the Legal Administration Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for buyers' and sellers' solicitors during the resale process
- Providing documentation and responding accurately to enquiries, supporting their conveyancing process
- Maintaining and updating internal systems, ensuring records are accurate and up to date
- Managing the shared inbox and prioritising urgent correspondence
- Assisting leaseholders with queries relating to subletting and lifetime mortgages
- Scanning and processing post as required
- Handling calls from solicitors and leaseholders when necessary
