  • Role: Administrator (Known internally as Property Transfer Administrator)
  • Location: Office based, Ringwood
  • working hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

About the role

Due to continued growth and success at Churchill Estates Management, we are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity within our Property Transfer / Legal Administration team.

Reporting to the Legal Administration Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
  • Acting as the first point of contact for buyers' and sellers' solicitors during the resale process
  • Providing documentation and responding accurately to enquiries, supporting their conveyancing process
  • Maintaining and updating internal systems, ensuring records are accurate and up to date
  • Managing the shared inbox and prioritising urgent correspondence
  • Assisting leaseholders with queries relating to subletting and lifetime mortgages
  • Scanning and processing post as required
  • Handling calls from solicitors and leaseholders when necessary
