BTR Lettings Administrator – Birmingham/Hybrid – £28,000 to £30,000 Dependant on Experience
My client, a family-owned developer and Build to Rent operator are looking for a Lettings Administrator to join their administration team to support on the progression of tenancies across their BTR sites.
You’ll support leasing teams across the UK in creating a best-in-class customer experience, driving innovation and elevating the resident experience. This is an excellent opportunity to join the BTR industry and progress your career within a prestigious firm.
Responsibilities:
* Tenancy progression for any pending move ins - including referencing checks, serving of documents, issuing contracts, right to rent checks, direct debit set ups and collecting initial rent payments.
* Rent increase administration across all assets, serving S13 notices and system management.
* Super user of sales and PM systems (training will be provided).
* Legislation advisory support for on-site leasing teams – key contact within the business for all teams (training will be provided).
* Auditing as required, to ensure leasing compliance.
* Supporting the Head of Leasing in implementing leasing strategies.
* Contributing to new property onboarding during mobilisations, including data uploads.
* Any other duties as required.
Requirements:
* Strong attention to detail and organisation.
* Experience with MRI/Hubspot an advantage.
* Friendly, professional, and solutions focused.
* Passion for excellent customer service.
* Calm under pressure, with high standards of integrity.
* Excellent communication - both written and verbal.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Able to handle a busy workload and meet deadlines.
* Confident, proactive, and able to work independently

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm, 3 days onsite and 2 days work from home, however some weeks flexibility is required as 4 days may be needed on site.
