Role Description
Full-time – 6-month contract initially
This is a full-time role for a First Line Support Technician, based on-site in Hemel Hempstead. The First Line Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with various IT-related tasks. Day-to-day tasks include responding and logging support queries, maintaining software systems, and ensuring smooth operation of IT services.

Qualifications
* Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
* Experience with Office365 and Windows operating system
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
