Job Description
As a Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for:
Some elements of profit and loss accounts
Used to running very busy high quality fine dining restaurants & bars
Driving revenue through various sales and marketing tools
Used to high volume over 100k+
Making sure a training & developing plan is in focus at all levels
Has to have volume experience
Strong knowledge on steps of service
MUST have Pan Asian experience
Used to dealing with senior Directors and owners
Be commercially minded
Planning, organising and coming up with creative working ideas
Passionate about customer service
Strong man management skills
Be able to think on their feet and come up with conclusive ideas
Identifying problems and reacting to resolve the issues
Be able to deal with costs in line with sales
The Ideal candidate will be:
Experienced in a similar high volume lifestyle operation at Restaurant Manager level within restaurants
Be able to work with teams of over 80+ staff
Must have strong financial understanding
Must have multi faceted experience
Understanding of Pan Asian cuisine would be an advantage
Be able to work in a high demanding environment
Able to instruct clear instructions to the senior management team and staff members
Good commercial knowledge of London
Must be flexible in working hours
Confident in dealing with owner/Directors
Used to being in a Senior Restaurant Manager or above background
Be proactive and being able to think on their feet
Used to dealing with different types of clientele with customer service being the top priority
The ideal candidate will have great organisational skills along with the passion and commitment in driving excellent service to the clientele and a proven track record in the premium lifestyle restaurants background.
