About the Role
The appointed teacher will teach Design & Technology across KS3–KS5, with the chance to specialise in Product Design, Engineering, or Resistant Materials. They will deliver practical, hands-on lessons that promote creativity, problem-solving, and sustainability.
The school provides ECTs with dedicated mentoring, weekly observation feedback, and structured CPD to refine classroom practice. The department fosters collaboration and encourages new teachers to bring fresh ideas to their teaching.

Experience and Qualifications
