Responsibilities
* Analyse business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
* Identify and address shortcomings in the use of business systems.
* Deliver automation solutions to automate manual offline processes as required.
* Create and maintain reports to support business processes using standard tools.
* Develop dashboards and data visualisations.
* Provide technical support and training to end-users.
* Conduct system testing and validation to ensure optimal performance.
* Coordinate with external teams to ensure compliance with standards.
* Ensure data integrity and security across all systems.
* Actively support and advise on key S&OP Project.
* Support business requests from Operations and Planning management.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role in the manufacturing sector.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in project management/delivery.
* Expertise in Navision ERP, including implementation, support, configuration, and customisation.
* Hands‑on familiarity with SAP S4/Hana.
* Experience delivering ancillary bolt‑on solutions e.g., MES, WMS, QMS.
* Proficiency in developing reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
* Strong skills in Power BI for data visualisation and reporting.
* Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
* At ease working with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
Strongly Preferred
* Expertise in SAP S4/Hana implementations/migrations.
* PRINCE2 or PMP certification.
* Certification in Navision ERP, SSRS, or Power BI.
* Familiarity with Power Automate, UiPath or other RPA tools.
