Metro Rod Bournemouth are looking for dedicated and technically skilled individuals to develop engineering careers within the Waste & Water Services Division and provide exceptional service to our valued customers.
The roles will involve a wide range of emergency and contracted services to commercial and domestic customers.
Responsibilities
* Carry out a range of services associated with the tankers, cleaning, clearance, repair and maintenance of customer drains
* Deliver an exceptional standard of customer service and technical expertise
* Ensure compliance with H&S and Quality Assurance procedures
* Maintain your branded company service vehicle and equipment to the highest standards
* Accurately record work / job details via a range of bespoke internal / client systems and applications
* Communicate effectively with clients and Metro Rod Support Centre colleagues to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
* Commit to working for a 24/7 and 365 service provider – this may involve participation in on‑call rotas or occasional unsociable hours
Qualifications
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in drainage
* High pressure water jetting experience
* CSCS card
* Experience with CCTV surveys and lining is an advantage
* Positive, flexible, can‑do attitude
* Willing to work occasional unsociable hours
* Full UK driving licence
* Must live in the Dorset area
