Job Summary and key responsibilities
Leadership & Branch Management
* Act as the branch lead in the absence of the Branch Manager.
* Maintain visibility across branches and foster a positive, “can-do” environment.
* Conduct regular 1:1s with Branch Managers to review performance and business plans.
* Assist in recruitment and ensure all sales staff receive necessary training and support.
* Implement day-to-day strategy to grow market share and achieve targets.
Sales & Business Development
* Support Branch Managers in developing the business and driving continued sales growth.
* Conduct market appraisals and property viewings as needed.
* Monitor sales pipelines, target achievement, and exchange predictions in collaboration with Central Move Management teams.
* Ensure consistent canvassing systems are in place and optimised across the area.
* Collaborate with Lettings Managers to maximise business opportunities and referrals.
* Work with sales teams to maximise referrals to Lifetime Legal and mortgage opportunities to relevant providers.
Operational requirements
* Monitor and ensure implementation of AML processes.
* Follow administrative procedures to deliver excellent client service.
* Handle complaints when necessary.
* Assess results regularly to ensure performance aligns with business expectations.
* Work closely with the Managing Director, Central Sales, to implement directives and support messaging.

* Excellent business development and sales strategy abilities.
* Ability to analyse performance and implement improvements.
* Collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork (Sales, Lettings, Legal, Mortgage).
* Strong organisational and operational oversight skills.
