Key Responsibilities Case Management: Open and manage cases following reports of damp and mould issues. Repair Coordination: Raise and track repair orders, ensuring timely completion. Customer Engagement: Communicate effectively with residents to provide updates and support. Contractor Liaison: Work closely with contractors to schedule and monitor repairs. Problem-Solving: Handle queries and resolve issues promptly in a high-pressure environment. What We’re Looking For Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure.
