Are you an experienced residential Technical Manager looking to join one of the UK’s leading housebuilders? 🏅
Our client, a multi-award-winning residential developer, is seeking a driven and detail-focused professional to lead the technical delivery of a brand-new 224-unit development on the outskirts of Crawley.
🔧 The Role
You’ll take full technical responsibility for the scheme — from inception through to handover.
This includes:
* Overseeing drainage, infrastructure, and building design 🧱
* Managing landscape coordination and external works 🌳
* Ensuring compliance with Building Regulations and NHBC Standards ✅
* Liaising with consultants, contractors, and local authorities
* Driving projects through all technical stages to successful completion
