Safety Compliance Administrator As Safety Compliance Administrator / HSE Analyst you will be joining one of Northern Irelands largest Public Bodies where you will provide support to the Infrastructure Safety Department in applying a structured approach to Safety Management. You will support the development, ongoing review, and implementation of SH&E activities, to ensure compliance with divisional SH&E management procedures. Please note this is a fixed term contract position of 12 months commencing February 2026. As Safety Compliance Administrator your new role will include but not be limited to the following: Managing and maintaining the SH&E Data - Identify, manage, and monitor SH&E Data. Liaising with project teams and colleagues across the division, along with external consultants and regulators to ensure all safety risk associated with SH&E observations and reports are formally recorded and tracked with actions noted. Reviewing the quarterly capital project database to identify any projects that will require SH&E data collation. Providing advice and information to Professional Heads and Project Managers in relation to SH&E Data, the issue of permits and track visitor passes. Submitting a quarterly update of SH&E Returns from all contractors and suppliers. Supporting Hazard Identification Workshops to identify hazards and manage completion of actions. Maintaining records from completed competency assessments and mentoring and undertaking checks on compliance with the competency management framework requirements by contractors. Training Divisional staff in SH&E management process and procedures as required. To be considered for this SHE Analyst role you will have: Minimum of 2 years experience working in a similar regulated industry Possess a HND (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline such as construction, engineering, safety or project management OR be able to demonstrate at least 2 years' experience in a compliance administration role in a regulated environment. Experience of using MS Excel and Word for manipulating data, constructing charts and analysing data. Desirable Experience of using PowerBI would be beneficial. Experience of managing safety processes and risks in a railway infrastructure project environment.
