We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Sous Chef to join our kitchen team.
Working closely with the Head Chef, you’ll help lead daily service, support the development of junior chefs, and play an important role in maintaining the quality and consistency we’re known for.

Supporting the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations
* Helping maintain high food standards and presentation
* Assisting with stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation
* Taking responsibility for the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up
* Passion for quality food and consistency
* 34,000–£36,000 salary depending on experience
