Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our digital team, focused on enhancing our customer-facing mobile application. The role requires strong financial services knowledge, proven Agile delivery experience, and a solid understanding of digital product development.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to refine requirements for the mobile app.
* Create and manage user stories and acceptance criteria using behavior-driven approaches.
* Act as the bridge between business and technology, ensuring delivery aligns with customer and regulatory needs.
* Contribute to Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
* Support testing and validation of delivered features.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Financial Services Knowledge:
Strong understanding of the financial services sector, ideally within platform environments (investment platforms, banking platforms). Insurance and mortgage experience are not required.
* Agile Delivery Expertise:
Demonstrable experience applying Agile principles, including creating and managing user stories and behavior-driven requirements.
* Digital Product Development Understanding:
Solid technical awareness and hands-on involvement in digital product development.
