Key Responsibilities Manage a well-established caseload covering: Commercial and contract disputes Property litigation, including landlord and tenant Contentious probate, wills, and estate-related claims Insolvency and partnership disputes, tort, and general civil litigation Supervise and support junior team members including a solicitor, paralegal, and assistant Play a key role in departmental growth, including mentoring and recruitment Drive business development efforts while a following isnt required, commercial awareness is essential Collaborate with the wider leadership team on firmwide initiatives and long-term strategy Uphold high standards of client care, regulatory compliance, and legal excellence About You Were looking for a confident, well-rounded litigator whos ready to step into a visible leadership role.
