Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract
Location: Keswick
Hours of Work: Full Time, 09:00 – 17:00, 5 days a week between Monday and Saturday.
Support our out-of-hours service on a rolling rota, providing assistance to guests with emergency issues during their stay. You will receive a flat-rate retainer of £25 per evening (£40 on Sundays), regardless of call volume. Additional hourly overtime is paid for time spent handling calls.
What You'll Be Doing
The Property Management Service is a key department that ensures smooth operations. Our Coordinators are proactive and dedicated to providing the best experience for our guests and homeowners. The role combines fieldwork and office duties, making each day unique.
The responsibilities include:
* Coordinating cleaners, housekeepers, gardeners, and maintenance contractors.
* Providing accurate timelines for property readiness.
* Meeting suppliers, homeowners, assisting guests, or performing property inspections.
* Conducting proactive property inspections and providing feedback.
* Managing complaints and feedback related to housekeeping standards.
* Maintaining accurate records and updating administrative systems.
* Assisting guests with requests and resolving issues during their stay.
Qualifications and Skills
* An enthusiastic, friendly team player with customer service experience.
* Strong organizational skills and high standards in property portfolio management.
* A resilient character capable of handling challenges and achieving positive outcomes.
* Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and expectation management.
* Hands-on attitude and willingness to undertake diverse tasks.
* Experience in property letting, housing, estate agency, or travel industry is advantageous.
