About the apprenticeship
Duties
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to undertake an apprenticeship as a Finance and Business Administrator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in finance and administration to gain practical workplace experience while studying towards a recognised apprenticeship qualification.
The successful candidate will support the day-to-day operations of the GP Surgery working alongside the Practice Manager and Lead GP Partner, learning key accounting and administrative skills in a professional environment.

Maths and English GCSE Grade A-C
IT Skills
Key Responsibilities
•Assisting with processing purchase invoices and supplier payments
•Maintaining accurate financial records and filing systems
•Inputting financial data onto accounting software
•Assisting with bank reconciliations
•Handling incoming finance-related emails and telephone enquiries
•Supporting month-end finance tasks
•Preparing spreadsheets and reports as required
•Ensuring confidential and sensitive financial information is handled securely and professionally

•Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office
•Good communication skills
