If so, Atmos International (Atmos) is looking for a Marketing Content Manager to join the global marketing team.
You will be responsible for developing and delivering an editorial calendar to distribute messages and content to the market that promotes Atmos’ products and services and reinforces our position as an industry leader.
In this role you will show a high level of understanding of marketing processes, communication, creative content generation, project and campaign management while building relationships with key stakeholders to deliver marketing operation plans that feed into the strategic business plan.
You will seek out the opportunities for content and use your talent for creative writing and storytelling to show how words can flow in a way to resonate and be understood by the audience.
You’ll think creatively about how you can take an idea and maximize its value through multiple outputs to deliver a message to the market in different sharable forms across all marketing channels.
The ideal candidate
The Marketing Content Manager will be an experienced and creative writer with journalistic, editorial and copywriting skills to understand the types of content the market requires and to drive forward Atmos International’s global brand presence.
Responsibilities
* Producing and delivering a content calendar for multiple marketing channels including press, digital, social media, news, blogs, events, customer communications, videos and webinars
* Originating, delivering and executing engaging content ideas that are consistent with the brand voice, style and design
* Managing the company’s social media profiles to share content, monitoring performance, competitors and trends
* Researching and understanding the needs and trends of the pipeline industry, making recommendations for content ideas
* Developing a strong understanding of Atmos' products, technologies and customer challenges to create accurate, compelling and technically credible content
* Collaborating with the R&D team, product experts and sales team to deliver supporting content
* Working with regional sales teams and representatives to create specific and focused localised content
* Producing technical paper and abstract submissions with subject matter experts
* Working with the marketing team to deliver exciting integrated campaigns that support product promotions, events and other initiatives
* Working with the project team and customers to create case studies that demonstrate our expertise in addressing customer challenges
* Building relationships within the company to seek out opportunities for content and stories
* Creating and publishing content to support the launch of new products
* Managing external agencies and suppliers ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to brand standards
* Managing media/PR relationships and the contact data base to position Atmos as an industry influencer and identify new opportunities
* Monitoring competitor activity to ensure Atmos has brand presence across marketing mediums and maintains its competitive edge. Investigating the legitimacy of competitive claims
* Ensuring all content is optimized for SEO, GEO, engagement, conversion rate optimisation, lead generation and customer retention
* Reporting and analysing the performance of content across all marketing channels
* Copywriting, proofreading, editing and validating information to ensure content and claims are valid, understandable and accurate
Essential skills
* Excellent copywriting skills, use of the English language and cultural language considerations
* Strong proofreading skills and an eye for detail and accuracy
* Naturally inquisitive and an interest in conducting background research to fully understand the topic
* Technical proficiency with the ability to understand complex products, technologies and industry concepts and translate them into engaging marketing content
* Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO and GEO best practices, content performance metrics and reporting
* Experience managing multiple projects and external agencies, including website development, video production and creative projects
* Experience developing content to support go to market strategies, product launches and commercial initiatives
* Highly organised to manage multiple campaigns and projects while managing stakeholder expectations
* Ability to maintain standards while meeting tight deadlines
* A positive attitude, patience and persistence, especially when dealing with various internal and external stakeholders
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Self-motivated
Qualifications & experience
* Degree in marketing, business, English or journalism
* A minimum of 3 years’ B2B experience ideally within the technology sector
* Experience in managing PR and media relations (desirable but not essential)
* Proven experience as an established copywriter and proofreader with a portfolio of published articles and ROI generated
* Experience using social media platforms and scheduling tools, CMS, CRM and Adobe creative suite
* Experience using digital marketing analytics and reporting tools
* Fluent in spoken and written Spanish (desirable but not essential)
