We're now hiring Healthcare Talent Partners to help us grow our network of qualified Nurses and Healthcare Assistants (HCAs). This is a commission-only role with uncapped earnings; you'll receive a 15% net placement percentage of every shift worked by candidates you introduce to the platform.
Your Role:
* Attract, onboard, and refer vetted nurses and HCAs to the Nurseflex platform
* Share opportunities with your existing healthcare network
* Support candidate compliance with right-to-work, DBS, and credential checks (our system automates most of it)
* Earn every time your referred professionals work a shift, residual income, not a one-off
Who You Are:
* A strong networker with connections in the UK healthcare sector
* Background in healthcare recruitment or operations (preferred but not required)
* Comfortable working remotely, managing your own pipeline
* Motivated by performance-based earnings, your income scales with your impact
What You'll Earn:
* Commission on every shift your referred candidates complete
* Net % paid out monthly, your network becomes a revenue stream
* Example: Refer 10 RN's averaging 4 shifts/week = 5 figures per month in passive earnings
