Customer Service Representative
TEMPORARY For a period of up to 12 months
(Full time, office based)
You will support the Customer Service team with general administration duties and contribute to the smooth running of the department, ensuring that the Companys standard of service is met and adhered to at all times.
Main Duties:
Handling customer enquiries and complaints by telephone and email
First point of contact for Customer Service calls
Responsible for booking items in and out of service
