Job Title: Maintenance Engineer Salary - £65,000 Basic Package - Performance Bonus We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to lead and optimise electrical engineering teams across a busy manufacturing facility, Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all systems are safe, efficient, and compliant production, while maximising plant availability and performance. This is a critical leadership role requiring strong technical knowledge, operational excellence, and a proactive approach to safety and continuous improvement.
