ABOUT THE ROLE
As an ERP Implementation Project Manager, you will oversee the rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across the organisation. This 12-month fixed-term contract focuses on change management, stakeholder engagement and the successful adoption of the new system.
You’ll work closely with the ERP technical team, to guide various cross-functional departments through the implementation, transition and ensuring the system is embedded effectively.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
* Managing project timelines, governance and stakeholder engagement
* Translating business needs into priorities for the technical team
* Supporting change impact assessments and communications
* Ensuring smooth deployment and system utilisation across functions
* Monitoring adoption and adjusting plans based on feedback
* Facilitating process transition and documentation updates
* Coordinating with Learning & Development to deliver targeted training
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You’ll bring strong project delivery experience and a proactive, commercially aware mindset.
We’re looking for someone with:
* A degree in IT, Business, Engineering or related
* Agile Project Management Certification (AgilePM, IAPM, SAFe etc)
* ERP implementation experience (e.g. Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle)
* Strong stakeholder engagement and change management skills
* Experience working across finance, operations and support teams
* An understanding of change frameworks (e.g. Kotter, ADKAR etc)
* Ability to travel to site
