The role As the Paid Search Manager delivering the strategy and optimisation of global paid search channels. Data driven and action led you will own the account optimisation plan and best practice execution within all of Audley’s Paid Search accounts. Managing a team and working in a global role, you will work collaboratively with the UK & US marketing teams, ensuring alignment on strategy and maximising efficiency of paid search processes and performance. Key responsibilities include: Help define & deliver a paid search strategy that maximises revenue and return on investment, driving growth & efficiency across our marketing. Identify, prioritise & manage the delivery of agreed strategic & performance initiatives to develop our capabilities and aid Audley’s growth & channel efficiency. Manage channels accordingly within agreed budgets & targets, actively communicating with key stakeholders on performance vs budget and recommending actions accordingly. Work closely with the Trading teams to adopt short-term trading adjustments. Manage the implementation of testing programmes across accounts, channels and markets. Continually optimise our keyword & audience sets, identifying opportunities to improve account performance. Manage bidding across accounts to drive optimum performance in line with agreed strategy. Develop weekly updates with diagnostic commentary on performance & KPIs. Help drive a culture of performance marketing that focuses the whole team on performance improvements. Assist with global ways of working that maximise channel performance, resourcing and efficiency ensuring market deliverables are met and engagement across teams is high creating a culture of engagement, collaboration and open communication within team. Responsible for the productivity and efficiency of the team through consistent management of performance, regular feedback and coaching. Conduct 1-2-1s and performance reviews with individual team members to provide support and identify development/training needs. Set and review objectives for team and create development plans. About you You’re an experienced Paid Search Manager with a proven track record of driving performance through strategic thinking and hands-on optimisation. You bring deep expertise in paid search strategy, budget management, and performance marketing, with a strong focus on delivering measurable growth. Additional experience required in: Demonstrable experience in channel management tools (e.g. Google Ads, Microsoft Ads), Google Analytics, lead generation and managing budgets Experience of managing, coaching and developing a high performing team Resilient with the ability to drive results and manage change with accountability Client focused with a strong understanding of business drivers Exceptional problem solving and data analysis skills with a keen eye for detail Excellent communication and collaboration skills A desire to learn, develop skills and challenge themselves & others Highly organised & logical approach to managing workload and deadlines Embodies the Audley values of being positive, being the difference, being one team, and being passionate about travel Office 365 skills (Word, Excel, SharePoint and Outlook) Knowledge of Power BI desirable Why Audley We are committed to our employees’ quality of life and value the importance of flexibility by offering hybrid working where you can split your time between one of our wonderful offices and remotely from home.
